In June My Husband & I Joined The County Senior Center In Kannapolis..Now we are Stretching...Catching and Fetching Much More!

Calling all to reach out for each other! And as you REACH OUT & STRETCHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.....
You will find you CATCH more than you may have thought you would...
Especially when as you do you give away bright SonShiney Smiles with kind words to each you meet along every street and take the time to stop at each senior lunching table and smile and bless each one...

And when you see that any of those who gather there tend to sit off alone...invite yourself to join them!
You can change and enrich their life as you enrich your own by taking interest in them and draw them into the activities of the group...

Most of these senior centers of many exercise classes offered through out the week to try to keep them active and on their feet....

You know the saying: "Use it or lose it"? 

You may have some lonely senior folk in your own neighborhood who you have never seen go out at all...
You could invite them to join you and introduce them around...especially to those you know with whom they have much in common and tell them both together ....Jane, Sue... Did you know that both of you grew up not far from each other even though you never met before??

Let them chatter a bit with each other and when they run out of things to say to one another, ask them questions or tell them another tidbit they have in common...

Then you can bring the two of them with you into exercise class with you and sit them together near you and you can find ways to entertain them...

Once they laugh enough with each other...they won't ever separate...you can be happy you helped two lonely souls find each other...

Stretching ones mind...stretching ones heart....one shall catch joy and laughter that fills much more than rooms with exercise enthusiasts!

Relationships are the only things in life that survives death...and when we choose to seek ways to be a continual blessing every where we go...

When we choose to vow to speak only words of honeycomb from our mouth our whole life through...

We can be sure we will not have as much fetching to do...
For blessings of all kinds will always chase down he or she who live as Esthers and Jacobs always!

So keep STRETCHING and reaching OUT onto and for others and instead of Fetching you will be CATCHING not fish....but harvesting the lost and lonely who were lost amongst thickets and weeds!
