Greetings Dawlins of ours!!!

Stretch forth your love & Faith as you stretch out your legs along HIS path upon which HE has placed you leading you both to & through the narrow gate into life...

What ever hovers over you trying to steal HIS joy from you...

The sun of the Son shall shine forever more through anything that makes me or you blue...For when we have HIM & HE has me & you...

There is absolutely not a thing we must do alone.....we need not be strong...

But let HIM who is in you and in me...who longs to free of from all bondage and pain...

HE will lift and heal us of all things when we choose not catch the hum drum negative tunes of those who prefer darkness over HIS light and life which following HIS Ten Commandments wil always bring us...

The Lord Himself yearns to take upon HIS own shoulders all that weighs any and all of you, me, and my Puddin Head Precious William...

But HE is a gentleman who will never force HIS will our desire upon us...

We must reach out to HIM ask in trust and actually give our sorrows, fears....our joys and laughter too...

To HIM...

As St Francis says:  Cast your care upon HIM for HE cares for me and you...

So you and we need not fear but remain free indeed in, with & though HIM the only friend who is forever Faithful and never makes mistakes...

 HE knew long before now that this too would come....

And this too shall pass...

And at last...HE will raise us onto HIS Holy Wings of fire and with great love 

HE shall carry us above and upon these clouds of our circumstance...

It is never up to us do do anything but obey and and follow....

We are called to be believers not achievers...

Obedient followers of HIS leadership...

Not the leader... less we shall slip...
But rather a soul who invites many to follow HIM...

Less they become lost...

Fall and go down into pits laid as traps for us....or even traps and prisons of our own making.

And this is what gives us freedom...
If we are not doing our own thing but HIS...

Whoever or whatever foils our plans....happens so that HIS commands have the opportunity to trample the enemy again and again Amen!

William's hernia far worse needs surgery...surgical consult scheduled for Wednesday at hospital surgical office where his outside VA oncologist is.

Yes he was stretching himself beyond what he should...had he not tried doing it all...the hernia he...we would never had to endure.

William is believing God, praying for a MIRACULOUS healing of not only the tumor which has definitely already shrunk....
But of the hernia too that he not have to undergo the hernia surgery.

I keep saying he must keep Wednesday's appointment since even when God heals...one must go to the doctor to confirm the MIRACLE or risk losing the MIRACLE.

I am still washing everything by hand and packing our van with most all of our belongings....except for our mattress so that if the evil one continues to illegally enter there will be nothing of value for them to steal.

Things will never have a hold on our hearts...
But the fact things have been stolen...
Is proof that an evil one is physically prowling our dwelling/

And we must take care medications... papers with personal information whether medical, social Security....whatever....are never left here...never want to put God to the test to protect us from an enemy HE has made known to us.

Preparing to embrace tent camping still again on November 30, 2013.
We are grateful God yearns to have us again to Himself in HIS parks where solitude with HIM is both peaceful and relaxing.

William needs help in the bathroom, dressing etc....not because of the tumor which is improved...but the hernia which he would not have had he allowed me to do our lifting and carrying on Art Stroll Day October 5, 2013.

When Others Press You Back & Down.... Stretch Your Faith and Your Body...Refuse to break!

We can all fall as victims of negative thinking...
Especially if the only persons around you are not happy in their own lives.

Some folks no one can please....because they actually enjoy being disagreeable.
It is a fact that some folks weirdly get a high of some kind when ever they successfully divide...
Divide anyone...a husband from his wife...son from his father and or his brother...

And even within churches... leaders who are typically self appointed, dress vulgarly and therefore lead others including youth to live as they do...dressing in tight sexually explicit clothing...leading them to delve into promiscuous behaviors...

You & I nor our children need to follow along with this crowd...that is...
Those who choose to live self-righteously, lustfully, and sinfully.

It will not be easy to completely shield thy eyes from every single person who dresses distastefully.

But we can make choices that limit the amount of time that we are in such public places.
Instead of exercising at a gym or health club where it has always been acceptable to wear skimpy coverings while "Working out"  hummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Choose instead to stretch and tone your body in your home or even your prayer room...
Stretch...your muscles and body to soft gentle worship music at the start of each new day...
Before you set off for work and or play.

And at the end of each day after much travel up and down trails of trials and tribulations...
Why not end your day the same way with soft soothing stretching to worship & praise tunes of joy...

And the fear or despair that tries to attach itself to even me...has no choice but to evaporate or dry and rise.

As a very young child though not certain my exact age...
I learned that song.

Cannot recall where I first heard it...
Oh it may have been on a children's television program...

Possibly Captain Kangaroo or Romper room that came on television just before him.

Since the Captain was the one who had "Mr. Drawing board" where an unseen person was drawing on something from its backside....

So all you could see was the artists drawing or painting coming to life but the creator of this art remained unseen.

So it is with our human lives so frail....
What we cannot see such as funguses among us that can in many cause serious disease.

Yet within our societies which we live in exist people whose choices have turned themselves into parasites of a kind...

That can actually gradually tear down not merely the physical human body making it sick...
But negativity, un-constructive criticism that teaches nothing...that does not turn one away from anything dangerous but is merely vindictive in nature..

Too many of these personalities exist today and possibly a few of them if they meet you today...
Few may if they meet you and you teach them to wear blue without being blue...

They just may catch your bright SonShiney Smile into their heart....
A Bright Star which they can carry not merely in their pocket but within their heart's soul and....
Like you & me always sing new songs in spite of our circumstances...

Sing praises to God for our dreams now as if they already exist...
And HE sitting up high upon the heavenly throne watching waiting and listening for even one just one to sing and shout with a mere mustard dustin of trustin...asking until they receive....seeking HIS Holy Face from morning till dusk with simple trust...and soon very soon....HE will perform...

All that we dare to boldly dare to see with Jeremiah eyes & sing praise for....and continue singing HIS praises even after...

HE chases us down with MIRACLES and more MIRACLES with much joy and laughter...

All because we daringly stretched forth our love and FAITH to HIM and our neighbors
Our great catch is far more than "fallen stars or heroes" but the essence of fullness of life itself!

Whether You Have Painful Knees.....Nor Even A Home With A Roof Above Thy Head....You Cany Can Can Stretch Fetch And Catch...and Be Healthy!

Even if you live in a tent, you can be healthy,  find work, as you exercise ....Stretch, fetch and catch good things in the midst of all that is unkind...in spite of those who may vandalize all that you own...

As one day we returned to our tent in Tickfaw State Park to have found our tent vandalized...and our van too on another occasion as we slept in an apartment at another time & place...

It is a choice to be blue over such lost persons whose lives must be awfully boring and empty to take a screw driver to another's vehicle & remove                                                                                         the screw or bolt that holds the tail light in....

                                                                                   Or we can wear blue instead!

Wherever you sleep...under the stars in a park or between sheets in a bed...you too refuse to be blue and stretch your Faith as you reach for your toes stretching your arms back & legs before you close your eyes at night and you too will sleep better.

Do the same as you wake in the beautiful morn of HIS dawn and your brain will excrete good things you do not have to become scientifically educated about...simply start your day stretching your body & your Faith together at the same time and you will feel better as you wait upon HIM to make foot stools of your enemies who strut their shameful trivial behaviors!

In June My Husband & I Joined The County Senior Center In Kannapolis..Now we are Stretching...Catching and Fetching Much More!

Calling all to reach out for each other! And as you REACH OUT & STRETCHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.....
You will find you CATCH more than you may have thought you would...
Especially when as you do you give away bright SonShiney Smiles with kind words to each you meet along every street and take the time to stop at each senior lunching table and smile and bless each one...

And when you see that any of those who gather there tend to sit off alone...invite yourself to join them!
You can change and enrich their life as you enrich your own by taking interest in them and draw them into the activities of the group...

Most of these senior centers of many exercise classes offered through out the week to try to keep them active and on their feet....

You know the saying: "Use it or lose it"? 

You may have some lonely senior folk in your own neighborhood who you have never seen go out at all...
You could invite them to join you and introduce them around...especially to those you know with whom they have much in common and tell them both together ....Jane, Sue... Did you know that both of you grew up not far from each other even though you never met before??

Let them chatter a bit with each other and when they run out of things to say to one another, ask them questions or tell them another tidbit they have in common...

Then you can bring the two of them with you into exercise class with you and sit them together near you and you can find ways to entertain them...

Once they laugh enough with each other...they won't ever separate...you can be happy you helped two lonely souls find each other...

Stretching ones mind...stretching ones heart....one shall catch joy and laughter that fills much more than rooms with exercise enthusiasts!

Relationships are the only things in life that survives death...and when we choose to seek ways to be a continual blessing every where we go...

When we choose to vow to speak only words of honeycomb from our mouth our whole life through...

We can be sure we will not have as much fetching to do...
For blessings of all kinds will always chase down he or she who live as Esthers and Jacobs always!

So keep STRETCHING and reaching OUT onto and for others and instead of Fetching you will be CATCHING not fish....but harvesting the lost and lonely who were lost amongst thickets and weeds!

We Can Make Excuses In This Excesive Heat Not To Exercise...But If We Are Wise....

We can choose to be wise and both recognize and embrace alternative options to remain atractively active!

Those of us who are accustomed to walking outdoors to all of our destinations...

We can instead bicycle there and get there much faster and endure the sun for far less time..
If we were able to walk before...The distance remains the same yet bicycling our bodies still get to STRETCH CATCH & FETCH...

Possibly your physical activity has not been curtailed by rising tempretures but by lack of safety in your neighborhood!

So if something out of your control keeps you in doors....try putting on some music to SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE your hips to!

You can choose to do the TWIST or lots of leg lifts...
You can also turn household chores from being a down right neccesary bore....
Into fun that gets your heart pumping and your muscles flexing and a stretching....and Sing HIM New songs at the same time....your vocal cords can too never become dull or mute...

Doing so you shall refute any stiffness coming to you....and your heart then will never become blue!

So do not simply get under the fans to be cool....Become a fan of action not reaction...and you will have fans of friends chasing you!

Anyone Will Feel Glum or Blue if All They Ever Do Is Sit and Never Move...Even One Confined to a Wheel Chair Cany Can Can...

Many to most neighborhoods across most of USA ...even in  the best of areas that were always safe in the past are now infected with legal businesses and clubs that both draw the types of folks no mother or father would want their children growing up near.

My husband and I have signed a one year rental contract on this house in what appeared to be in a much safer area than we have lived in our entire marriage...we celebrate 14 years on May 30, 2011.  Looks can be decieving and in these end times I am learning almost always...absolutely not a thing is what it appears to be...so a word of caution to all of my readers...

Take caution!  Strictly follow the what the Word of GOD directs us all...Pray Always!
When we purposely choose to always be mindful of HIM...as scripture directs...

If we are Singing HIM New Songs no matter we are washing laundry, hanginging it on the line in our back yards, repairing the lawn mower, cutting the grass or planting tomatoes and leaf lettuce in rows with love...

You because your eyes and heart are already focused upon GOD...you will be safe for you will recognize and be able to repond to The Lord's direction or instruction...

And when under attack even a fraction of a fraction of a secondin responding makes a difference.

Everyone is healthier when they stretch both their bodies and their minds...
Choose tp practice GOD's Holy Word and SEEK & FIND new solutions to both old problems and new ones!

So I was walking every day in this Kannapolis neighborhood whether my husband William cared to walk or not.

We rented this house because it is so close to St Joseph Catholic Church of Kannapolis.

My husband had caught the walking fever as I wrote here last time.
Then after about a week of walking every early evening with me...

I cannot recall what came up that he said: "Walk without me...you'll be fine...I'll be right here...no one will bother you with our vehicle in the driveway!"

Well I had for months walked alone without feeling the treat I did in prior neighborhoods...

But since I felt assured and safe...I was even singing to Our Lord Praises...
I walked several times around the block...and ventured down ans into the next...

I became the target of male leud conduct...Certainly GOD protected me...but now I cannot put GOD to the test!

I believe GOD allowed this to happen because both HE wants to keep my William...
And now more than anytime before, it is important husbands and wives are unseperatable!

You who may not have the choice to walk...maybe you have a physical condition and are in a wheel chair...

You can still get out into the fresh air...on your porch and do stretching exercises within your chair.

 I began watching Mary Ann many years ago when still in Louisiana.   There was a time that I was unhealthy, before GOD healed me of a multitude of things...and HE will heal you too...none of us need be blue...

HE is not a respector of persons and it only takes a mustard grain of Faith....

HE heals no one who simply sits around being glum...HE expects us to actively reach out for it!

Remember the man who had no plan but to lie next to the pool at Bethesda to be the one who got into the pool first to be "The only one healed that year?"

Do not wait for someone else to walk up to you and drop what you want into your lap.

Let not the poor choices of sinful men make you a couch potatoe!
