Anyone Will Feel Glum or Blue if All They Ever Do Is Sit and Never Move...Even One Confined to a Wheel Chair Cany Can Can...

Many to most neighborhoods across most of USA ...even in  the best of areas that were always safe in the past are now infected with legal businesses and clubs that both draw the types of folks no mother or father would want their children growing up near.

My husband and I have signed a one year rental contract on this house in what appeared to be in a much safer area than we have lived in our entire marriage...we celebrate 14 years on May 30, 2011.  Looks can be decieving and in these end times I am learning almost always...absolutely not a thing is what it appears to be...so a word of caution to all of my readers...

Take caution!  Strictly follow the what the Word of GOD directs us all...Pray Always!
When we purposely choose to always be mindful of HIM...as scripture directs...

If we are Singing HIM New Songs no matter we are washing laundry, hanginging it on the line in our back yards, repairing the lawn mower, cutting the grass or planting tomatoes and leaf lettuce in rows with love...

When the enemy attacks and he will keep attacking till the day which is soon and very soon.... http://soonandverysoonandsuddenly.blogspot.com/  

You because your eyes and heart are already focused upon GOD...you will be safe for you will recognize and be able to repond to The Lord's direction or instruction...

And when under attack even a fraction of a fraction of a secondin responding makes a difference.

Everyone is healthier when they stretch both their bodies and their minds...
Choose tp practice GOD's Holy Word and SEEK & FIND new solutions to both old problems and new ones!

So I was walking every day in this Kannapolis neighborhood whether my husband William cared to walk or not.

We rented this house because it is so close to St Joseph Catholic Church of Kannapolis.

My husband had caught the walking fever as I wrote here last time.
Then after about a week of walking every early evening with me...

I cannot recall what came up that he said: "Walk without me...you'll be fine...I'll be right here...no one will bother you with our vehicle in the driveway!"

Well I had for months walked alone without feeling the treat I did in prior neighborhoods...

But since I felt assured and safe...I was even singing to Our Lord Praises...
I walked several times around the block...and ventured down ans into the next...

I became the target of male leud conduct...Certainly GOD protected me...but now I cannot put GOD to the test!

I believe GOD allowed this to happen because both HE wants to keep my William...
And now more than anytime before, it is important husbands and wives are unseperatable!

You who may not have the choice to walk...maybe you have a physical condition and are in a wheel chair...

You can still get out into the fresh air...on your porch and do stretching exercises within your chair.

 I began watching Mary Ann many years ago when still in Louisiana.   There was a time that I was unhealthy, before GOD healed me of a multitude of things...and HE will heal you too...none of us need be blue...

HE is not a respector of persons and it only takes a mustard grain of Faith....

HE heals no one who simply sits around being glum...HE expects us to actively reach out for it!

Remember the man who had no plan but to lie next to the pool at Bethesda to be the one who got into the pool first to be "The only one healed that year?"

Do not wait for someone else to walk up to you and drop what you want into your lap.

Let not the poor choices of sinful men make you a couch potatoe!
